Shipping Information    (USA)

Orders placed Monday - Friday are shipped the same day*! 

All of our packages are extremely securely packaged to avoid any damage.

Small parcels are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), larger packages via UPS (United Parcel Service). If you wish to use a different carrier simply let us know and we'll make the arrangements. Usual ship time within the 48 contiguous states (USA) is 2-7 business days.

Payment Information

Credit Cards:

•  We accept most major credit cards (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER).

• Your credit card billing address must match shipping address

• You must also provide us with the signature number of your credit card. This is the last three digits found after your account number on the back of the card.

Money Orders / Cashier's Checks

• We accept money orders, and cashier's checks.

• These can be mailed to the Boynton Beach address listed below.

Personal Checks

• Personal / Business checks may take up to 3 weeks to clear (this can delay your ship date)

• If paying by personal check, you must include a photocopy of your driver's license.

• Subject to bank verification.

Sales Tax

• Florida customers must pay a 6% sales tax (unless you have and supply us with a copy of your STATE tax exempt certification)
